工作学习 / 求学深造 / 请问，我刚刚高中毕业，只有毕业成绩，没有IELTS和TOEFL成绩，可是却被Carleton University的bachelor of arts的economics录取了！可是其他所以人都告诉我不可能，说必须要读语言和预科！我从其他地方查的也是这样，可那是怎么回事呢？我的录取通知书都到了！请各位知情者帮帮忙，谢了！

是这样子的，很多university根本没有时间去cross check你的TOEFL，因为那段时间实在是太忙了。但是万一你进去后再查，很有可能逼你读一些English的courses.

是一个朋友帮我申请的，没有中介，在学校网站报的名，开始申请的预科，通知书来了后来发现可以直接申请学士，就又申请了学士。通知书已到。

Congratulations! Carleton is not bad at all. Some of its undergraduate programs are better than Ottawa. Prepare for the tough first year. Failure rate can be as high as 70% for certain programs. .

A colleague of mine majored in Environment Studies there and he said it was good. I myself haven’t done research yet. You need to have a good command of English in any case. Don't be afraid!Being young and intelligent is a big advantage as long as you work hard and know where you are heading.
