Honours Degree and General Degree. Our (China) education system do not have kind of this distinguish.

No. In here, undergrad studies have 3 year general bachelor degree and 4 year honors bachelor degree.

NO! General Bachelor Degree requires 3 year to finish all courses required to graduate and Honors requires 4 year to finish.
