工作学习 / 求学深造 / 最近发现一个ATHABASCA UNIVERSITY 可以通过 DISTANCE EDUCATION 完成MATER DEGREE。
查了一下居然还在中国教育部承认的加拿大公立大学LIST上，不过我在这儿却从来没听说过这个学校。有那位知道这个学校吗。& what is open university?

据我了解，中国教育部似乎不承认这种远程教育的，包括国内举办的和国外大学的远程合作课程班。还是谨慎为好！

好象有明文规定不承认函授, 但是毕业证书上会写通过何种方式取得的吗? 另外, 能否申请贷款? BC Open Univ有人听说过吗?

I think it is same as Athabasca, The problem is I don't want to leave my current job and want to get a degree at same time. Any other good idea?

I really have no idea. I thinks that depends on your desired major and how it's related to your current position. I think you can also consider some part time degrees at a local university of a higher rank.
