我个人喜欢电脑考，第一迅速，不会出现答案添写错行这种毛病，第二时间实在是充裕，第三，作文写的快（很久不写字了，估计也没能力写了）

most library has the toefl bulliten. You can take one for free. As for the sites where you can take Toefl, check ets's web site. It has the comprenhensive list. good luck!

have you check out the ets' web site? I know there is one CBT site near Islington subway station. You can book the test via internet.
