window 2000 server, IIS 5.0，SQL Server
我现在通过sympatica 的cable与人公用上网。
好像可以设置自己的static IP address.
是否可以通过设定DNS server, 我就可以设置或者拥有自己的域名了？我想在自己家的机器上建一个ASP website.

I think you'll need to register a domain name, www.yourname.com/net. But the trouble is, you'll need a stable IP address for at least one year.
