I don't think soIf just sql it would be fine. However pl/sql you have to somehow rewrite it

基本不能，因为oracle里有很多自己的函数，虽然有近似的语句替换，但是真正写出来就麻烦得多了。比如说......decode

能，if someone can pay me enough money, I can write one, all the functions in Oracle can be replaced by ms t-sql simply or complicatedly, i think. for example, encode to case...when...
