工作学习 / 求学深造 / today recieved a letter from Centennial, it says" conditional on your meeting full admission requirements for for Winter 2003. Congratulations!This offer is subject to your completion and our receipt of the following admission requirements by " your Acceptance is Due" date:
Proof of landed immigrant status
Min score in English and Business Math assessment
...................
I am not sure what does this letter mean. Is that an Admission Offer? I hadn't take Centennial's admission test yet. Please do me a favour. Thanks a lot.

Congratulations. Usually, you need to notice their your acceptance. Then maybe you'll pay some deposite and take the english test. Usually if you
don't pass english test, you need to take one more course.

如果assessment fail了，会有什么事情发生？不能上学还是可以在边学英语的时候同时上呢？不知道centennial的情况，但是seneca的考试不象centennial就一篇短文，而且fail 了就上不了了。

有的学校是这样处理：如果英语考试没过，就多上一门英语课。应该问题不大吧。
