相约北美 / 移民留学 / 请教一个问题.在这高中留学的留学生能合法打工吗?新法好像只说在POST SECONDARY以上注册的学生可以不用工签合法打工.高中留学生想利用暑假打工,不知道是不是合法?

In general, it's allowed now. However, there are detailed regulations. They have to apply and obtain a SIN card first.

查了CIC 网站,好像只提到postsecondary 以上的学生可以不用工签.但是没提高中生.

高中生不合法，只有读了大专院校以后，有了对应的学签， full time study,才可以
