工作学习 / 求学深造 / who could tell me why my friend applied for Centennial College for this Sep. and received offer easily even without taking assessment test and sending any transcript?Is that possible or there must be some mistakes made by Centennial?

那你问你那位朋友他最后参加了考试了吗？我所知道的是OFFER有早来的，不过考试还是需要的，通过考试了，OFFER才有效。另外成绩单是不需要寄的，申请COLLEGE根本不需要成绩单。

写了一通,系统不知怎么回事让我重新登陆,然后写的就全没了.又得重新写过.答案见内我基本上没有见过没通过的,最差的就是英语从131上起,然后是161,然后是170.对专业课基本没什么影响,但如果你报的是COOP的课程的话,那会有点麻烦,因为170没有C以上的话,是没有COOP的.
