could rereply in vauouver only after two weeks , coz next month i'll move to vanouver.

it should be "hen yan" around the time you applied for it. you applied arround the 1 year anniversary of "911", did you? wait for a while and apply again lah, the most reasonabe purpose for travelling,I assume, should be take chrismas vacation in the states.
