Right, some hrs are very helpful, some are very arrogant. I even played a joke with some hrs. for example, I was talking about a unionized company in Toronto, I played a joke with her,saying my company is under restructure for why leaving the company question, I used a word, Better safe than sorry, she was laugh and set up an interview very quick for me (within the same day other than she told me in a week over the phone), another story is I was talking to a hr in NY, I told her I was once a "foot soldier", she was also laugh and the interview was going very smoothly -errands_boy(Errands Boy); 2014-8-8 {391} (#8920736@0)

I have to say, it is not your issue.The market is saturated with too many strong candidates right now, especially in California. You probably know the layoffs from Nokia, let alone Broadcom,
