If you cannot live without a Chinese community, that's not a good choice. Otherwise it's quite good, except the price of grocery is a lot higher.

Marijuana is an issue. I've never smelled that in Toronto, but it's very common in Victoria. You'd better talk to your kids now and make sure they are aware of what's good and what's wrong on this part.

Thanks, Sailor. I need more detailed information, for example, do they have gifted program for my gifted kid? how much of troublesome to live in wet winter and not so hot summer? for housing condition,how much time could spend in outside of a house comfortably with regards of wind, rain, mosquitoes, chilly weather? Is a house close to ocean with nice ocean view and easy access to beach safe in storm season, or rather a house with certain distance? etc. Any comment is appreciated...
