枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / 有没有今年TN转H1b的同学？为什么申请1个h1b，3个h4, 只收到一个H1b的receipt notice? 收到receipt以后需要多久才能得到approval？孩子8月底之前要开学了，不想再去申请TD了。。。

As far as I know, the receipt notice for H1B is sent to the immigration attorney or employer, but the ones for H4 are sent to your spouse directly.
