Study Plan is the plan of the study, not the plan of after the study is completed. Regarding fund, it does not hurt to show you have more.

这个没有直接关系吧！签证表格中没有关于父母是否有犯罪记录的选项，填写父母表的时候，只需提供父母单位信息，填无业就可以了，当然了，经济担保还是需要家长的支持，如果母亲收入高，经济实力强也不耽搁孩子留学。

It's one single application, not two. The Study Permit comes together with the visa. You simply follow the instructions on the embassy's website. It's quite straightforward.

Hi VeranoJust got refused on a high school study visa. The visa officer put down two reasons for refusal.
1. Relative tie in Canada.
2. Not enough finical support ( summitted 200000 yuan).
May I re-apply with higher financial support(6000000 yuan) right away?
Could a relative financial sponsorship help in this case?

If you are willing to provide financial support to your relative:My suggestions:
1, Write a letter to the visa office, stating you are willing to support;
2, Your last T1;
3, Your bank statement.
Find a notary and notarize item 1 and 3.
