You don't need it if you will have a degree from york u by next summer. Otherwise better call or e-mail u of t or queen's department offices and ask them.

If u just want to know the requirement regarding T, why don't u ask them the same question as you posted here. I don't think you need to send any official document at this point.

probably u need T, since you don't have a degree yet. Check with the school you want to transfer
