discuss the salary with HR not the director. directly /frankly tell HR you want 3k$ more and will be happy with it because it is matching your expectaion. 3k$, sure, they will offer you. ;)

when you ask, give your own flexibility, do not say anything like " if you do not give me 3k$ more, I will not accept", just say you are happy already,the job is exactly you want , however, you wish you can get more....., someone can other good wording?

You can try it. 但我觉得薪资谈判应该在HR 给你正式Offer 前。她当时并没表示要多一些，别人就以为她接受了。现在再纠结，有点迟。

没有，刚开始HR只是口头打电话给我说的工资，我说我要考虑一下，然后明天答复她，结果她下午就把offer追过来了。我觉得他们也是看我比较喜欢这个工作吧！

也没错，但要看人看公司。如果我是招人的，看将要进来的比较计较我的最初印象不会太好。如果员工确实有所值，加薪幅度还是有很大上升空间的。

谢谢楼上各位的回复。当初他们给的薪水幅度从低点到高点相差一万，现在给我的是那个range的最低，所以我不是特别满意，而且觉得有谈的空间。

good, but do not say "be 2-3K more," , just say 3k$ more, give them an exact number what you want! you should know what you want, do not let them guess between 2 or 3!
