Try paint thinner. You can find it from any hardware stores like Canadian Tire.

真心不知道天那水会不会把尼龙织物给溶解了，但是我知道如果用猪油是可以去除一些油污的，刚刚沾上的猪油可以用洗洁精轻松洗掉。
