What ever you learn is useful. here business management education is much better than Chinese. 2. U of York definitely can not be compared with U of Toronto.

没有,多大只接收TOEFL,并且商学院很难进,学费也比其他的系高得多.

yes, "COPE" certificate of profciency english. website is: www.copetest.com. The test result is accepted by UT. And there are other tests as well.

York BBA is the best in Canada. UT MBA is slightly better than York. Accounting concentration is almost same.
