五花肉得先放胡椒入白水煮,再炒糖散上色,冰箱里冷却后切片,接着放梅菜在上面蒸, 蒸好后倒扣成为梅菜蒸扣肉;如果做腐竹梅菜扣肉,则改蒸为炒. good luck!
