1.OSAP中规定在申请贷款前必须连续住满12个月,这十二个月是不是一定不能读书,包括part-time的学习?
2.如果我曾经在安省连续住满12个月,现在回国呆了一段时间,然后现在要申请贷款,可不可以呢?
3.在连续十二个月的时间里,有出加拿大旅游一段时间,一个月以内,这样会不会影响申请贷款呢?
真的是想回国呆呆,了解情况的各位给出出注意吧,谢谢了!

OSAP网站上查到的对时间规定原文如下, I am confused...OSAP网站上查到的对时间规定原文如下：
"You have lived in Ontario for 12 consecutive months immediately before the last day of the month in which classes begin for your most recent period of full-time postsecondary studies
So I have the question!
Does it mean I can't get the student loan even I had lived in Ontario for a consecutive year, but now I come back to China for some months before the semester begins.
