Almost all U is like 580 or below. So-called "600" is used to scare people away.

580 is fine. My friend got in Electrical Engineering with 567 + 4.5. The "OFFICIAL" rule is what so called "600". But there is an "EXCEPTIONAL" rule which allows student with over 560.

If you are international student with your education background, 580 is enough.
