it depends. normally, they will ask you to take an english test or math or whatever they think you have to have to take the courses. If you have the TOEFL score,the english test won't apply on you. If you submit your college or university transcript, maybe other test won't be happen to you either.

Call the school, they will answer all of your questions according to the program you wan to take and your background before.

根据seneca的website，好象part-time不需要apply，直接注册就可以了，是这样的吗？If you wish to pursue part-time studies toward your career goals, you have two ways to do so: first, for day-time programs, call the Admissions Office concerning part-time registration in any of the subjects in this Calendar. part-time的不用apply,直接到网上注册就行了，过几天他们会寄给你一个confirm letter，到时带着它去上课就行了 -cga(skill change); 2002-7-25 (#656617@0)
