相约北美 / 移民留学 / 关于萨省雇主移民我朋友一家在国内想办理萨省的雇主移民,咨询多个移民公司后给出的答复是国外提供的是假工作,也就是提供offer只用来申请签证,朋友的疑惑是办的雇主移民,如果抵加后不能工作会不会对身份有影响?同时有没有要求在萨省居住多久?谢谢!

first,the employer need to register for the SINP(Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program)
first, then submit the application for recruitment foreign worker. if it get approved, the employer will be able to hire someone from other country. it's been always this way for years.
