I think it depends on your major in China and what you will apply here. I believe that different college has different policy.I just applied Nursing program in Humber College for my sister who leaned Nursing Program(Zhong Zhuan) in China. She was refused because of missing some courses of Communication.
Call or visit the admin office and get the exactly answer.

理论上任何国内高中毕业的都可以申请这里的college.但是有的好专业竞争很激烈，有国内研究生学位的都在申请。所以很难。
