It's pretty hard for the follwing years, because lot of chinese lay off in states have to go back to school. Even america have to.

No, the first person lay off is MBA. They get much pay, but no much use when the company can't make money.I know several lost job who graduated from chicago, maryland and toronto...... No any technical one get lay off as I heard
