I heard that if you pay US$2000 to sb. you can get CS Master offer even you do not have TOEFL score.It is not fair. It is a fraud.
Can anyone send letter to the university?

a message from a girl.由于本人的申请条件不是特别有优势，面对着目前严峻的申请趋势，偶从网上得知外交部下属服务公司高仕登咨询有限公司，据他们说他们与mcmaster大学有很好的合作关系，能帮助申请到CS master的offer，但由于中介服务公司泛滥，不知道是否应该相信其言。再问，外交部下真有所谓的服务公司吗，应该从何查证？
