If I were you, York will be the final choice. You can learn some accounting courses or related in this half year by yourself. It is worthy to do so I believe.

在waterloo, quite near from U of Waterloo. its business programs are not bad. the master program is easier to apply than others in U of T or york U. go to www.wlu.ca to check.

You can take some courses in WL U this fall, and transfer the credits to York U in the next spring.
