special students mean non-degree studies. I believe that the application is much simpler than graduate studies.

I turned in application form, showed the staff of admission office my bachlor degree and asked the university I graduated to send UFT my transcript of undergraduate study.If your degree is not acquired from English speaking countries, you need to sumit your TOFEL score sent by ETS.
