I havn't heard this kind of thing. For example, to promote foreign students to apply Ivey School of Business, it collects same tuition to both international and local ones.

可是一般的学校不是这样，留学生的学费是移民的三倍！！！！！所以有学校不倾向于收移民学生的说法。

Not really. At least in UW, all the coop programs do not accept any visa students, not even one.

作为移民不要不知足了。留学生才占多少比例？能入大学的又有多少？很多都在外面晃悠呢。我们要交你们几倍的钱，UBC甚至要7到8倍。将来学成后还不知道能不能留下来。压力不小了！！再说只要你达到大学录取的要求，他们怎么会不要你？？
