2. your company has to hire a lawyer to get you the US working vise. cost several grand to do it. you can't work in US only by B1/B2 visa.

i don't think it work that way.if the US company is your company's US branch, they maybe can transfer the money between without any trace. but if the us company is your company's client, your company still have to apply visa for you. i have a friend who has same case with you and his company is doing that now. that's why i reply your message. but anyway, it is indeed your company's concern not you. so talk to your boss see what he says.
