工作学习 / 求学深造 / 有人了解Univeristy of Manitoba吗？有人了解Univeristy of Manitoba吗？我申请了Computer Science 的Master，昨天受到了一封信说: my application fro admission to the Faulty of Graduate Studies has been approved.但是信上没有写明教授是谁，还说：please note that this letter does not provide, guarantee, or offter financial assistance from the Faulty of Graduate Studies now or at any time during your program. 没有奖学金，没有教授，这算offer吗？
哪位朋友可以给我一点建议，哪位朋友了解一些Manitoba？请指教，多谢了！

Although i am not in that Univ, i think you have got offer from that letter.Although i am not in that Univ, i think you have got offer from that letter. Many graduate students study univ without schlorship. An offer, of course, is not certainly relating any assistantship. Some univ only assign a supervisor after the students have successfully completed their courses and start their research. good luck
