网上查询旅游签证进度，显示：“您可以来签证申请中心领取您的护照了“。到底是签出还是没有签出？因为是邀请非直系亲属，有些担心。

i was told it can be either way since the passport is sealed by embassy for privacy reasons and the Visa Center has no way to know the result.
