F1: nothing to do with your B2 application, even if you got rejected this time. different standard.
If you already got I20, suggest you try F1 now unless you have to go US right away.

非常感谢。之所以想得到B2签证先，是因为国内留学汇款需要得到美国签证后才能办理。而麻烦是，若我没有这笔汇款，就没可能得到F-1签证。所以，先弄个B2签证凑数。

You better think of other ways to get money from China. B2 is not a solution.
