工作学习 / 求学深造 / 我想问问有没有人知道NATIONAL STUDENT LOAN是否一定要和OSAP一起申请？因为我们现在刚刚登陆，可否现在先申请NSL，一年以后再申请OSAP呢？如果现在先申请NSL，是否会对一年以后申请OSAP有什么不利影响呢？先谢了！

NSL has to be applied through OSAP. If you get into school now, you will not be eligible for OSAP, maybe forever. You'd better check it with the financial service of your school.

you mean that if i apply for the NSL now i will never get the OSAP, even if i apply for the OSAP after one year?i do not enroll in any school now, but i realy want to take some courses for those certificates such as mutual fund license which are useful for job searching. so what can i do?

OSAP only concerns if you have lived for 1 year in ON before getting into the program. Part-time students can also get student loan, depending on needs.

Yes. You r right. OSAP 的居住1年不包括在校一年。如果已经录取，推迟一年可以吗？有什么影响？不会再考TOEFL吧？？？？

in fact i have not apply for any university by now. the first thing i have to do is to find a daycare for my 18 months baby and take some courses for career qualifications. but i have not enough money.

那你可以能读一些college或training吧，时间灵活一些，报纸广告很多。是不是community center 有些免费的？哪位DX知道？另：今年University的秋季入学都是去年开始申请的。

and another thing is that i only take the toefl and i don't know what graduate program i could apply for. now the only time i could come to rolia is my baby sleeping time such as midnight.
