不知道其他类别的, 商业类的, PHD不仅对学校来说没有任何REVENUE, 还要搭进去时间, 金钱和精力为别人做嫁衣裳(很多学校有POLICY, 不用自己的PHD毕业生做FACULTY)

many local univs think a UK or EU Master's content can not equal to their one because of different systems. that's the reason
