工作学习 / 学科技术讨论 / Cisco Call Manager and 911 Call我们公司最近把电话升级到CISCO VOIP, 但是开始出现不少误拨的911电话. 我发现CISCO CALL MANAGER 有责任, 因为种种原因, CALL MANAGER 处理拔号非常快, 即时拔出,这样一来 误拔的911来不及HANG UP.
各位大虾, 有无CALL MANAGER 经验? SOLUTIONS? How to加入拔号延迟?

This timer is not related. 911 is an explicit match, no delay. If it missed up 9011, you can use 8011 instead.

if there is an extension like 911X or overlapping route pattern, and if 911 route pattern is without urgent priority checked, there will still be a T302 inter digit timeout

This is more a legal requirement than technical discussion. You should never ever try to delay 911 call for your own good. Thats a huge liability. And what you experienced happened all the time. Here are some suggestions:
