if possible, stay away from it. My ADSL down twice this weekend, but the funny thing is they donot have phone technical support during weekend, only via EMAIL, how can I send email without DSL?

我用过BELL线路DRY LOOP上网，the price for 7M internet is $ 38.99/month, modem rental fee is $3/month. 效果很好。但从上周末突然不能用了，我每天找BELL的技术支持，至今没有解决。谁能推荐其他公司的上网服务？多谢！

Bell has problem at their side. I called them everyday last week also,but now it is ok.
