mine is norton (firewall/antivirus) plus spy protector/sweeper. I also use kaspersky online scanner once every few months. -can362(can362); 2007-7-4 (#3780880@0)

教你一招： clean auto-start programs from registry1. start / run / regedit
2. file / export / bak.reg to save current registry setting into a file.
3. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
3. remove the entries you don't need.
4. HKEY_LOCLA_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
5. remove the entries you don't need.
6. reboot
