1. you changed your mail server info: from desktop, right click the "outlook" icon, go exchange server tab, make sure you have right info there. 2, are you login with correctly, u need to login to the domain

I did log on domain, other applications are connect on LAN, except Outlook, I can only got achieve folders that for few years ago mails,I don't know how can I do, I log on with other domail name, it does work. That's mean I broken Outlook's setting. I don't know where I can change it back. I don't want my boss know that.So ask your guys here.

既然你能登录域，而exchange和域是结合的，所以剩下没什么设置了。在exchange帐户check一下你的用户名，或者到web access看看是否工作先

check server porperty tab in OE window, confirm that your username is correct.

没什么可设定，先确定mail server设的对不对，有的公司有多个mail server.

什么时候sysadmin变成头了，就一helpdesk rep就足够高定你的case了，你要是懂得看文档的话，faq里肯定就有解决你问题的方法

作为客户端，虽然你随便乱改不应该，但是技术上的限制使得你不可能做得太离谱。所以，错误肯定很简单，没什么大不了的，找管理员解决。如果你连错误的描述都无法说清，我们再想帮你也不可能像神仙那样。

谢谢楼上各位的帮助，主要是工作性质是在几个客户端switch, 用一个domain 里的aplications, 但在几个email 里换user, (outlook系统不支持多个email account), 开始换都没问题，可最后一次就成了这样。不知道该怎么好。工作性质不是IT, 所以。。。系统是委托别的IT公司来维护，所以出问题必须得先告老板，然后请人来恢复。所以才着急的。系统上网都没问题，就是outlook 上不到domail 里的mail server 了。

1. outlook是支持多个域用户的；2。既然是工作要求，找老板要支持不二话；3。仅仅描述是不够的。

公司就一个doamil, 一个mail server。 在C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook 里有个.pst 的文件没了。只有好多.ost,

看起来你们用的是2003。应该在服务器上有全部。你试着online mode看看能不能使；或使用web access看看是否工作
