depend on volume - to choose different platform, language, DB.If you are talking about the volume like eBay, the answer is "nobody" except ebay itself.
Think about one thing:
you post a listing, and you can search your listing in about 10 minutes after you post it from all over the world (.com, .ca, .uk, ....).
