yes. No. deposit way only applies to the low level job (~<=15 $/hr). it is not legal(what to put on the invoice? if it it not return back), service fee(normally by cash, no trace) is not legal if not using "trainning fee" as service charge...

说是有过完成了评估和包装过程，但是跑回国了，不参加面试的，给公司造成困难。所以最好有保证金押着，找到工作后退还。

what ever money/obligation related relationship should have document support: buy service/product from store-> receipt; job agent/company: employee/business conduct agreement with termination section.

Ok, now I found that they used "retainer" in their aggreement:" The retainer (if a pplicable) is not subject to adjustment or pro-ration based on the number of meetings or hours spent with a candidate."

yes, but no use, they don't work for people like u and me. they work for their potientail client. So, put ur resume on the well-know job site, they will catch u when they got request from their client.

非常感谢您把原来的帖子翻出来，并且非常感谢大家把受骗的情况写出来，让后来人接受教训，我感觉这些洋骗子太可恶了，利用大家对法律条款的不熟悉，落井下石，大家都引以为戒吧。

如果上过当的朋友去法庭起诉他们或者到相关地方投诉就更好了，即使签了字的合同不太有利，但是接到投诉多了，这种骗子公司就无法经营下去。
