I used InternetSecure and PSIGate beforeInternetSecure seems so far so good. Low fees and highly responsive when you contact them; the latter one's payment term is too restrictive requiring a one-year minimum commitment. Also you can check Merchant Express. Moneris is an option too but more expensive.

如果每月交易量不大， 用Paypal 就够了, 不过加拿大只能用 Standard。
