start => Control Panel => Administrative Tools => Computer Management => Storage => Disk ManagementFollowing operation cause to lose the data in current removeable disk.
0. Backup your data in your removelble disk
1. start => Control Panel => Administrative Tools => Computer Management => Storage => Disk Management
2. Select your Removable Disk => Right click it and use shotcut Menu
3. Delete existing partition in your removeable disk
4. Create multiple new partitions in your removeable disk
5. Format new partitions

估计是你没有删除原来的所有分区估计是你没有删除原来的所有分区。一般硬盘包括主分区（C）和扩展分区，扩展分区包括逻辑驱动器（D、E ...）。
删除分区应该按照下面的步骤：
１ 删除扩展分区中的所有逻辑驱动器；
２ 删除扩展分区；
３ 删除主分区。
创建分区和删除分区的步骤相反：
１ 创建主分区；
２ 创建扩展分区；
３ 创建扩展分区中的所有逻辑驱动器。
