the hd may be mounted by another OS by using different code page. so that file name is not recognized by the current OS.

1.Use various recovery softwares and try recoverying them by filename/filetype. One such software I use is REST2514 or EasyRecovery DataRecovery.
2. chkdsk <drive>/f

不好意思，还得请教，REST2514 好像是恢复被山区的文件。我是想把文件删除，但总出现：Cannot delet components : The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. 的提示。不知该如何处理？
