密码一般都有rules, 是不是你的密码不符合rules？我只是猜测。

一般的hard-to-guess rules:
1. minimum 8 characters
2. must have letter and number
3. no repeating character.
your password must satisfy all the rules.

I believe this must be db2admin password when used to start the service. It is just a windows admin user. If prompts y to give 2 times, it means this account will be created by the installation. It could be not match for 2 times.
