1。 你是啥用户登陆的？2。是不是在group policy里吧显示，修改功能给禁了(start -> run ->gpedit.msc)?

1是在Administrators组里的一个用户，2所有都是Not Configured.

i am noew to this. several try i will try: 1. use local admin (i am not sure the there is any difference by using diffreent user int he same group); 2. if the user your using is login in domain,try to login to local machine(not domain), becuase I dont' know domain group policy will effect login workstation user behavior or not (it should be, because the purpose and power of the DC)
The above is just to try the same task in different environment context.
