what i did is: get an opensource doc-text converter (quite a lot), then combine with grep, do whatever you want

可能没有，有的话也没有完美的。MS的文件格式不是公开的。。

可是很多招聘网站都有从word文档中提取信息的能力，所以MS文档格式至少对这些公司是开放的。

or u may try strings < your-doc-file|search. I am not sure the strings will regonize unicode.

for excel, u can try "ABC Amber Excel Converter", works. I tried it before. it is not freeware. may be 20us.
