Can you see the Cx300 and your linux server on the switch? how is navispehre? can it show the cx300 without any issue?

It was connected with Windows2003 server, works fine, I install Linux on same machine, no windows any more, no problem with switches and physical connection.

你的问题描述的不是很清楚。What do you mean SAN 上看不到SERVER？是 Linux看不到emc的disk， 还是emc navisphere上看不到linux那台机器？如果zonging没有改变，就要查查兼容性的问题和navisphere上host的配置问题。也许emc不支持你这个linux的flavor，或者没有 相应的license
