工作学习 / 专业技术讨论 / Help. 计算机上的DVD打不开了。试过更新驱动，重新安装，都不灵。在windows explore中能看到光躯，点击时，DVD上的小灯也闪几下，就是带不开。谢强行用针桶开后，放入光盘，也读不出来。

拆开，给电机上一滴油，用镜头纸或者棉签擦激光头

Thank you. I opened the computer case and the DVD case at the weekend. since I don't have proper oil to add, I just helped moving the reading part back and forth a few times, and it fixed the problem!!!
