1) if you don't have experience, certification alone won't help; 2) if you want to change your career, cisco may not be a good place to go, too many talents already; 3)... see inside.......3) it only helps when you do have enough experience, just want to show some credentials to the potential or current employers to get an offer or get a raise. however, if that is the case, you should have known how to get those materials by yourself.
